Gimbal calibration freezes at 50%

Can anyone help,
My Phantom 4 gimbal is not level on the Horizon,

Its on the latest software and when I try to calibrate it it just freezes at 50%

any help will be apreciated

Came across this in another thread and it worked, although the gimbal is still listing to the left for me....

Run the gimbal calibration with the phantom camera pointing skywards - find the DJI forum link Camera face towards left instead of facing center.

I ran a gimbal calibration and it did the same thing for me (froze at 50%). Fortunately, in my case, I ran it without having any calibration issues, to begin with, and only because someone on youtube recommended running a calibration often. I later found this wasn't necessary and should only be done if the app prompts you to do it. I just turned off the drone and restarted it and luckily it didn't jack up my gimbal calibration. When I first got the drone a week ago and ran the firmware update it froze on 99%. Why is this stuff so buggy? Really annoying.
