Phantom took a tumble and I broke the ribbon cable. I put a new cable in but now this.. any suggestions?

You haven’t fitted the cable correctly, top board has failed, common occurrence when the ribbon cable is damaged.
Only way is to send it to someone who can diagnose it for you
