Georeferencing Phantom 2 Vision + photos

Hi

I took a couple of photos with DJI phantom 2 Vision + whilst on a field trip. Is there any easy way to create a KML file to be imported into Google Earth. Alternatively, how can I georeference the photos in ArcMAP or QGIS (did not take any GCP's as I thought it would be a relatively simple task).
