Gain & Sensitivity settings for P4

Are there suggested gain and sensitivity settings for the Phantom 4, in both NORMAL & SPORT modes?

I kept mine stock. Turned braking down to 80.

I'm more concerned about getting good settings, expo, gains, etc. for better film results, not much info out there yet. I flew sport mode tonight for the first time, WOW.
