From low battery to critical in 30 secs

Low battery to in critical in 30 seconds. Beeps for maybe 20 seconds about low battery then auto lands.

Do I need to post this in a software forum somewhere? I can't change my battery parameters in the PT2 software. It's set at 20% low and 15% critcal. The result is 30 seconds after I get warning it goes critical and lands itself
