while you can use the stock phantom charger,
you'll be much better off in the long run if you purchase a computerized/digital charger (they pretty much all are).
not only will it immediately give you the option to charge two batteries at the same time (since you can still use your DJI charger), but you'll be able to track how much charge a battery is taking, how much it has to go, it'll beep when complete, and much more.
plus with a parallel charging board you'l have the ability to charge even more batteries at the same time.
I picked up an Accucel6, which is about as inexpensive as they get, (plus a power supply for it) for under $35, and gotta say it's one of my favorite purchases, blows the stock charger outta the water.
btw, if you rig up the right connections, you can actually use a 3s/Phantom battery as backup to power your Fatshark
