Ah are you on mobile? I just noticed that they might be turned off when on a mobile view.

Using Firefox 68.0 win 7 Pro 64bit. All works good except
the header flashes. Sometimes twice, sometimes more. Especially when I start scrolling the page, ( header seems to change shape at that point)
Also happens on Commercial Forum. There it once flashed steady and locked the page up.Only closing the page and reopening allowed me to carry on.
