Correct. Personally I'd rather take the precaution than crash into the rafters.

1. Practice ATTI (a lot) --Do Not Rely on VPS
2. Use slow movements.
a. If you need to speed up the movements consider doing that in Post.
b. reducing speed of yaw will avoid blurring distance shots
3. Prop guards are optional.
4. Plan each flight carefully shooting different sections on different flights.

Safety first, safety. Second and safety last. Be familiar with your surroundings and any what ifs. Fly very slow and very cautious. Good luck!
