Flying forward no matter orientation of drone

Is there a way to configure my controller to fly the drone forward all the time with stick forward no matter the orientation of the drone? Thanks, any help appreciated

Think about it. Forward is always the direction the camera is aimed. Your question is odd.

You could put it into "Course Lock" mode.
I think that would be what you are looking for.

Hi Leonard, Glad you have tried Course Lock. That function and Point of Interest are in my opinion the most useful of all the functions.

You can get some really nice shots using Course Lock. If you set Course Lock to fly past say a building and feed in some left stick as you approach and pass the building to yaw the aircraft you can maintain the building in the centre of the shot for longer. Looks cool. Then set up the same again and this time feed in some yaw and increase altitude at the same time. Shot looks even cooler.

Thanks for the info Martin. Going to try that next flight. Have my drone couple years now but don’t fly as much. Need more practice. Cheers
