Flying At The Beach

Recently when flying on the beach at Panama City Beach, FL., questions kept popping up on my monitor screen which in the sunlight I could not read. I could fly my drone, but it would not let me record video or take pics. Just wondered if it had anything to do with me flying on a public beach? Any answers why this happened? Thanks

Check the airspace. Were you allowed to fly there? Download the AirMap app and check.

I flew Panama city beach in May many times. I didn't have any problems. Except I had trouble seeing. I had a wonderful time and many videos. Just remembered, over the ocean, no warnings. There were a lot of warnings by the condos. I flew over the sand dunes or in the ocean to stay as far from people as I could.

Closed airspace due to bases. You will need to override permission. Fort Walton is worse

If you were able to fly but unable to record video or take photos, then I would suspect a SD card issue. Just my 2 cents...
