"airmap.io" doesn't show any restrictions for Lake Tahoe (apart from the area around South Lake Tahoe). However, I read (on another thread) that rangers had hassled someone for flying at Eagle Falls, which is in Emerald Bay State Park - so it's possible that this CA State Park bans drones..
