Does the flight log information stay local on your phone/tablet after a flight? or does DJI automatically have access to it on their servers?

Local all the time, local on the bird, and pushed to the servers when you hit the Sync button in User Center.
If it stays local on the bird, is it recorded on the SD card? I am very new to this, but I found that it automatically sent it to my phone that I flew with.
It's recorded to the bird's memory, not the SD card in the camera. The one on your device is a different flavor.
Not sure. I'd imagine so since it's just an SD card mounted inside, but why would you want to?
