Flight Controller serial Number

Is the DJI GO App settings have to show a serial number? Look at where it says General Settings under ( About) I show. App version, and Aircraft version, but under Flight Controller I show N/A is this part of a problem?

It needs the aircraft to be connected before it shows the controller serial number. Don't know why!

Thanks for that, what is connected. I can fly my deone just no video. It say not connected but i can fly. What do you thank about that?
