I have flown a number of times including total loss into the sea. I have tried the new one today and calibration lights are RED GREEN YELLOW and its been 10 mins + What is wrong?

I did it and took it out. It took off then at high speed shot right and crashed. Now only 3 roters turn I think it might be terminal!
