As you can see from the video, I almost called it an afternoon and landed it.
But, I took at look at the battery status and decided on one more quick loop....should have put it away.

Gimbal came loose...all fixed and I test flew it in the yard later that evening.

It is always the last flight of the day where something bad happens.

You were what, 6 ft off the ground, does that really count as a crash?! :p I know, you still get that gut punch feeling though when that thousand plus dollar kit runs into something.

My last crash was when it decided that it wanted to go exploring on its own. It was about 50ft up. Luckily, or unluckily, since I've had problems with it ever since, a tree stopped it from running away. It came tumbling down. I had to send the gimbal in for repair (still waiting for how much that's going to cost me), replaced the GPS, compass, and shell. I think I may still be having issues with a motor or two. Not sure yet, still diagnosing. :rolleyes:
