First drone job.

I think what you can charge is partly dependent upon the price of the house. I charge $125 for outside aerials which includes up to a 60 second video... I’m in PA and I find the real estate agents to be the ones paying for my service. I use Dropbox to transfer files. I try to give 10-12 outside pics, equally divided between close and far away. Far away (high) to show neighborhood etc.

Inside photos and 360 video tour extra.
I’m interested in learning a little bit more with the 360 video tours like what gear and software you recommend if you have some time.

I use P4P + for exterior work, DJI Spark for interior video 360 tours

I use adobe PS and premiere pro

Tell client they must clean up property, including roofs, in advance.
Otherwise those issues will be included in images-video...

Having shot hand-held photos for 100+ US visitors bureaus
from 2000-2009, strongly suggest client or client's rep
be with you looking at screen whilst flying so they can
approve results in real time. Then, if they later want
a change or addition requiring revisit, you can reasonably charge
additional for second round, say, 50% of first round,
again with client reviewing in real time...
Also get 50% of first round in advance, & advise if they don't
accept results after first flights & want out,
that 50% becomes a kill fee...

How on earth do you guys charge $50 extra or whatever for a video (or $250 all up) when you have to factor in your travel time/cost, time to shoot and cost and maintenance of equipment (drones, batteries, cameras, lenses, vehicle)?

Plus a video takes time to import, arrange with transitions, colour correct and edit, find/add audio, text etc and then render out (which can take time). Plus correspondence, upload of final video, hosting platforms etc. A good video editing computer and software too needs to be included.

You'll be making absolutely peanuts.

In Aus, a proper licence costs about $8-10K.
