I have searched this area of the forum and cannot find any previous reference to this problem.
I am fairly new to this machine and although I have an IT background I have tried all the obvious stuff like updating USB drivers on the Vista operating system of each laptop.
Firmware update failed part way through and now the laptop will not connect the P2V I have tried a second laptop and both show a message that the USB port cannot recognise the machine and as soon as the P2V is powered up the LEDs flash once and it gives out a continuing beep. I followed the update procedures as per manufacturing instructions so my question is has the P2V got a reset button anywhere or is there another way to clear this problem please
