Faulty Battery?

I just purchased this battery from best buy yesterday. Got home and started charging it. Red light comes on and single LED farthest from the home button starts blinking and that's all it does. It's been plugged in well over couple hours now and still no changes. Should i exchange it?

Make sure the battery is turned off while charging. After a few hours, either all greens or no lights (completely charged).

Had a similar problem with new battery. Plugged old one in and charged; then the new one and all good. Worth a try.

I had a BB battery do the same thing. I returned it. If by chance you got the battery on the $50 price match with GameStop make sure you don't get a refund but instead have them replace the battery (either with stock or order).
