Facebook live video is choppy and jerky

Just tested this out today. It connects just fine, but what people see in the live feed is horrendous.
Any settings to help this? Maybe drop to lower res video, like 720 or 480?

I take it your using DJI go. Use litchi mate. No choppy feeds and smooth as anything
