G'day I've been given a phantom 2 vision and was wondering how to extend the range it's only good for about 100m up and out, then can't go any further. I'm very keen to get it going further for better photos.

To start with if your using the stock RE500 extender I would get the RE700 and that will help then go from there . Depending on just how much distance you want then you can mod that and go farther .
Do a little searching in this section and you will find many threads on what everyone has done . Looking in the P2V+ mod's section is where I got most of my info way back when I started .I use an RE700 and an Itelite panel but really can't say what I did end up with as it has been so long ago .
Welcome to the forum and try the search in my signature..type in the middle of it not the top..and you will find lots of info on doing P2V mods ..
