Pleasure. Happy to hear all is good. This is almost always how it plays out when folks attempt the splice method. If they understood what was involved they would perform the terminations at the main board, less effort and a superior job.

Thanks hopefully I won't ever need to do it again. My P4 didn't see a pole at the end of a pier, me neither so I flew straight into it , fortunately only the shell was damaged. Thanks again for your help.
