Ebay battery scam?

Bought a Phantom 4 battery, paid 42 US, no delivery was scheduled and the add has now been removed, was I scamned or do they have a buyer protection policy?

How did you pay - PayPal through eBay? If so you should be well protected and also you should have protection via your credit card company.
