I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service and support that I have received from DWI (Digital Workd International). I will highly recommend this Company as their service and support is second to none.
I recently purchased a DJI Phantom 3 Standard from them at a very competitive price but when I received it, the gimbal was poihnted slightly off centre. I contacted the support people and they directed me to complete an RMA form on their website. They then arranged for the item to be picked up from my home and within 1 week I had a brand new replacement unit delivered at no cost and it is perfect.
I haven't experienced service like this in decades.

I bought my Advanced from them With an eBay discount at the time $900
I was wondering about how they handle warranty being a grey importer .
Batteries are way cheaper also .
