drones on the show The Mentalist

Does anyone watch The Mentalist? They had an episode on drones and the drone used to kill a man was a quad with gimbal. It was sort of neat. Even though some people hate the term drone.

I know its dark but it was supposed to be night time in the show. It looks like a DSLR gimbal.
