You have a fatal error. After I finished and tried to submit, it says I must fill in the "other" box with text before I can submit but I didn't check the "other" box. I had to X out of the survey after completing it.

Worked OK for me, but seriously asking us which makes we would consider buying and not even including DJI on the list?
