It was inevitable. The important thing now is for the drone industry to prevent UK gov using it as cash cow.
Mine is registered with IAA for when I travel to Ireland, 5 euros per year is OK with me.

Exactly! The registration concept I have absolutely no problem with.. but we all know what law makers are like when they see an opportunity!
