Has anybody ever death with these people? Have Phantom 3 battery for $106.99. Can't get a hold of them no matter what to find out if it's OEM.

Finally got contact with them. Not OEM, their brand of battery. Even if it was OEM I won't buy from them since almost impossible to contact. Not just today but tried for a whole week. Tried chat, E-mailing, phone calls no answers, finally on a chat got answer.

Bought a DJI multi-charging station - they shipped an off-brand knockoff. Filed Paypal dispute, no response in 48 hrs. Escalated to claim, so will see what happens.

I wasn't impressed with their response about product info. I stayed away from them

Paypal is refunding my money, but I have to pay for return shipping. Absolutely NO response from DronePartsPro.com

I originally gave them the benefit of the doubt that they may have mistakenly sent the wrong item, but after no response at all I am left believing their shipping a cheap knockoff was intentional.

Stay Away from them.

I just bought a battery listed on their website as:
DJI Intelligent Flight Battery for Phantom 3.
It was not a DJI Battery but a copy.
