New P4P owner, I don't get this problem with my Mavic

If I come to a complete stop the P4P seems to drift and then come to a complete stop, this happens when stopping from any speed. Good GPS lock and zero wind.

Is this normal? I've never experienced this with the Mavic

How much does it drift? Does it center around a point?

Did you try adjusting the brake setting in DJI GO?

Never heard of drifting 10-15'. Is this the breaking distance or movement around the final stop?

I can be heading in any direction, forward, reverse etc and when I return the right stick to the middle the Phantom drifts before stopping

1. Check that you have a normal setting for Exp
2. Increase the breaking

Quick update, it's now fixed.

I dialed in some similar exp, gain etc settings which I use on my Mavic and it did feel better. However, it was still drifting when descending.

I spoke to DJI and they asked me to do a IMU calibration and try again. Well, that fixed it.. the Phantom does drift at all

Quick update: The problem returned so I contacted support. DJI decided that the drone was faulty and the retailer gave me a replacement.
