Djigo4 says disconnected

Phantom 4 pro
Dji go 4
Also litchi
Samsung tab A

A few months ago I was filming a project for a friend, we were changing locations and when I fired everything back up I started getting a disconnected on the screen.

Fast forward to today. I charged everything and tried to do a test flight.
1. Again didisconnected on the dji screen
2. I was able to start the motors, with out being connected to tab/djigo4
3. The lights on the bird flash from red to white. (I think that means compass calibration) but I am unable to connect to dji go to perform the calibration.

If anyone could point me in the right direction.

Do you mean red and yellow indicator lights flash alternately? If so i would try another device and see if you can connect.

I've tried several devices, still no joy

Do you have a green light on your remote control?

unplug usb cable and reconnect again or try another cable altogether.
