Is it advisable to put the iPhone in Airplane Mode with WiFi turned back on? I saw a post where DJI was suggesting that. But didn't know if that turns GPS off in the phone, or even if that matters.

It doesn't matter much but if you put it in airplane mode, you won't be bothered by phone calls while you're flying.

You might put the device in "Do Not Disturb" mode which will eliminate any pop up notifications and such from distracting you while you are operating the Phantom.

I would not think that Airplane Mode would be advisable, however.
