Advanced Dji Phantom 3 Advanced recognize as a Dji Phantom 3 Professional

Hello,
The Dji go app recognize my Dji Phantom 3 Advanced as a Dji Phantom 3 Professional. The app do not receive the video recording and the GPS information. I have the problem that the screen on my mobile is gray.
I have reinstall the app and I have reinstall the firmeware for the Dji Phantom 3 Advanced.
I have tried with a Samsung S5 and a Iphone 5S
I have do an hard reset but nothing happens, the RC say that he is on the Last firmware and I re-link the RC and the aircraft too and nothing happens.
Can you help me?

The problem was solved by the DJI support.
It was a cable who was disconnected (during transport or landing)

Wait.... So... what about the Adv being recognized as Pro? Is it still recognized as Pro?

No because the cable disconnected was the cable that connects the camera to SD card.
And the difference between a professional and an Advanced is the model of the camera

Mine was a bad SD Card. As soon as I took it out, my App recognized my P3A as a P3A and not a P3P
