dji phantom 2 losing control

My DJI Phantom 2 crashed last week and now it does not balance in same after take of spot like it used to and you have to throttle up a lot more to just take of the ground and when it does start to hover it is very hard to control and i just had it out this morning and recalibrated it and it would not take of and then it just took of like 60 to 70 feet then tried to land but it kept going so i shut it of then it crashed.

You should probably take a few pics and/or a video... Based on what you described it could be a lot of things.
