any idea how to find the DJI payment portal? Was told I would receive email quote but nothing has come through and DJI chat is useless...

for repair, yes? they should send you an invoice, the invoice will have a paypal link/button. the payment is specific to your case/invoice, so you really want that first. they are slow to issue it sometimes though.
