Hey there,

So I bought the 3 DJI ND Filters (ND 4, 8 and 16) for the Phantom 4.

They work great and all but I noticed the following.

The ND4 is like the stock UV that was mounted on my new Phantom and does not have a rubber seal:

The ND8 and ND16 have a rubber seal as seen below:

My question is, how come there was no rubber seal initially mounted with the UV filter or there is none with the ND4 yet the other two do have it? Is it important? Has anyone else observed the same?

Oh, and the packaging they came in look legit. Or not? (Got them not much cheaper than retail from a highly rated seller in the EU)

Sometimes it falls out easily.
There should be one ideally but it won't be a disaster unless you overtighten it then might break the glass?

Thanks but nah pretty sure nothing fell off neither when unscrewing the original UV filter from the P4 for the first time or unboxing the ND4.

Typical Chinese quality control. They all should have the oring installed.

Yeah I don't know what to think anymore, found this 'unboxing' (cuz let's face it, this packaging sucks for the price) and none (and I watched closely...) of this guy's seem to have one:

Resurecting the thread, had a chat with tech support a couple of weeks back about inconsistencies with filters having the rubber seals and others not, they sent me two free of charge (1 for the stock UV filter and one for the ND filter that was missing it).
