DJI Multifunctional Backpack - Motor Protection and iPad Pro set-up Mods

I'm from Chicago and just bought my P4 a couple weeks ago. I travel a lot for work and decided to bring it with me to NYC for a 3 week stint that I am doing here. Rather than carry it around in the stock box I decided to buy the DJI Multifunctional Backpack.

I wasn't happy with how the motors stuck up in the bag exposed, they seemed to be at risk.

I was at Home Depot the other day and came across these door stop things that just so happened to fit the motors perfectly! They seem to do the trick, and only $2!

As far as the Backpack goes, it did great and I am really happy with it. On Saturday I carried it from 10am to 6pm with no issues all around Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. I had it packed with 3 batteries, iPad Pro (12 inch) and an Olympus E-PL7 camera.

Thought I would share my experience for anyone who was thinking about the bag.

I also picked up a few things from Home Depot to create an adapter to easily use my big iPad Pro with my controller. I am pretty proud of my ingenuity. I know that there are things that are custom made for these purposes but I needed something in a pinch.

Are you sure that door stoppers will not exert extra pressure on motors and thus to the shell when you close the ban and carry around?

I was concerned about that but they really don't cause any more additional height to the motor. My main concern in which prompted me to find a solution was that I didn't want the metal springs to get caught in the mesh lining of the bag when closed. They also help with adding a flat top to the motors so when the iPad is in the back pouch it doesn't create a hard surface that it would continually be pressed against. I will update with any additional findings. The other day when I first started using it, I walked 14 miles throughout the day with it and didn't seem to have any issues.
