You probably could but I wouldn't. The max all up weight for a Phantom is around 1300 grams, and you're thinking about strapping a $1600 piece of kit to it. Not a good idea. But.... MAINLY, the Phantom's yaw would not do the lightbridge justice since you would use it to mainly film. Better to get a larger quad that has more lift and better yaw stability in the air.
