If the cable to the goggles is only used for data and not charging and is already set up for Bluetooth can a universal Bluetooth receiver work instead of the cable. Or a Bluetooth transmitter on the RC. This may have been covered in the past please refresh my memory.

P4 series have 2 options,,usb or ocusync,,and usb module upgrade if want to use hdmi port on remote usb module,,older phantom 4 that not ocusync capable you need usb into rc module with hdmi adapter so it fit plug on the usb module (design flaw) into goggles,,this module allows mini usb aswell to go to your device so can view 2 devices at once,if ocusync the p4 and goggles will link with linking mode,
.....ocusync can pair up to 4 devices at once ,download manual and have a read
