DJI Go Home Lock

Folks,
Just wondering, I have DJI Go version 3.0.1 installed on my Android tablet. I can recall when I first installed this app and cannot remember which version I have originally but when I invoked the S1 toggle on my RC to the down position I got the enable flight modes options instantly which I could just select the Home Lock mode, now I get an extra icon (see attached) RC with a blue circle, then I select this and then Home lock etc so its an extra step, is this part of the new app version, the extra step?

Unknown.. will have to fire up DJI go to check. I use LITCHI as it is far better than the go app.
