DJI go app doesn't have video and photos.

    When I click on library of the dji go app there is no video. I turned on cache video on device and still nothing. Does anyone have any ideas of why this is happening?

    So no video?what are you doing to set it in the app!wifi ect?

    I have taken video but it is not in the library tab of the app. I turned on "cache video" but nothing changed. I don't have Internet but that was never a problem with my iPad.

    Ok I have a vision plus..had the same problem..in the camera settings in the vision app i had the camera set to 1080p 60 fps I changed it to 30fps..then I was able to fix my problem..I would see the box saying there was a video but it was blank..
