DJI Go App / Connecting your new iPhone......

Hi,

Just looking for some help here.

I've been flying my P4 for the past year and a half while using my iPhone SE.
Works great.

Yesterday, I purchased an iPhone 8 and I had the dealer move all my information from the SE to my new phone.
When I went on the DJI Go App, I was asked to enter my User Name and Password.

I entered the same User Name and Password that I have been using all along and it wouldn't accept it.
I tried several times with the same result.

Just looking for some advice/help here.

Obviously, we all switch our phones every so often, so this shouldn't be something unique.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Try logging in on the DJI website to verify your credentials, and once you do, try again in GO4.

I just had to verify my password and contact information........

It worked....everything is back to normal..........:)
