Can you transfer your old flight records from dji go to the dji go 4 ?

Don't your flight records follow your DJI logon? I deleted my DJI Go 3x and am only using 4 now. My records were all there when I synced.

I just logged onto the new dji go 4 and found none of the previous flight data come across with it. No big deal as I have data on HD to refer to if necessary, obviously I didn't hold my mouth right?

Click the sync button. My first flights were using DJI Go on a S5 cell phone. Then I bought an iPad and only loaded GO4 and all flight data was there. I did loose the local device pics and video but have those from the memory card on the bird.

what do you mean by sync, the AC and the controller, or some other step Iam

In the Go4 app on the flight list screen. Top right is a little cloud with a circle in it. Click that to sync the logs to DJI servers.

I found the sync button press all and it doesn't do anything.When I check the records they are not there

When you hit the sync button it asks you to choose which flight history period you want to select. I chose the last six months and then you hit the sync button and away it goes.

Are you connected to the internet with that device?

Did you ever sync with the old GO app? If not and you still have it installed try to sync in the old app and then sync again in GO4

I am going to try I will let you all know what happens.

Ok I did it.Now I have to figure out how to change ths speed setting from KM to
MPH AlecW you were right I did not sync the old app.Thanks again

Alright everything is good now all I need is some good weather so I can test
it. I am still wondering if the follow me is going to work.I was having problems
before don't know if the new app.is going to help?
