Just a question. Wil a person be able to side load the dji go app on a windows ten tablet.

No , that won't be possible, DJI Go 4 has only been coded for android and IOS

but you might be able to use a android emulator like bluestacks , but the performance would probably be an issue

I'm not sure, I know you'd have to lower the screen resolution for it to work, what windows 10 device are you planning to use ?

DJI GO 4 WILL NOT INSTALL ON IPAD MINI 2, just bought this IPAD as it is recommended on DJI website..but does the APP say it is incompatible with the device??

Did you buy a refurbished item? I’ve heard of a lot of cases of being sold an iPad mini instead of mini 2. I use both mini2 and mini4 with no problem, but I prefer the mini4 because of the 2 gig ram. The original iPad mini will not work on dji go 4 due to the older A6 chip, it needs a 64 bit chip.
