DJI GO 4 App will not load!

My DJI GO 4 app quit working! Try to open and a black box opens on the screen "Unfortunately your DJI GO 4 app has stopped." Called DJI support and they suggested to reload it. I did. Same thing! Tried it on my phone. Same thing! They said they would have to email me back. Has anyone had this happen?

Andriod. Has been working fine since I got the drone in August!

Go into the recent app menu and shut down the Go app if it's running in the background. Or restart your device. Go into your apps settings and clear the apps cache. Delete the app and then reinstall.

Thank you tcope! Got it back. But........................ Started out with perfect view on the screen. Soon as I moved it and when it flies, screen turns to this. Also, hovered at 3 feet and drone slowly goes down to ground. It moves around a little also. Did not do that before.

Have you got Litchi to try, it may isolate the fault to the software, or the hardware(the drone).

Just flew in Litchi. Hover is more stable but same view on screen.

Have you tried a USB cord change if same try another transmission channel in settings also sounds like it needs a compass calibration

Tried USB cord. Calibrated IMU & Compass. Flew it. Lost signal at 200 ft. out & 160 ft. up. Returned home. Couldn't get control back. Landed ok. Photo of the channel page. No bars on anything.

Have you tried with SD card out and if picture comes insert sd card back in see if that changes

OK try with a different device.

Flew with the SD card out. Screen was perfect! Put a new card in and it is a lot better. When I rotate, the screen pixelates some and get a few pink & blue lines. Acts like video is trying to catch up. It is flyable now but not perfect. Videos from the card are perfect.
