Only way to find them usually is if you can find some one that had to buy a new camera and has there old one as a spare. Being the only way to got one of the camera cases and the bracket with arms that hold it on to the cameras holder is to buy a replacement camera.. DJI never sold just the parts separate. But there has to be a few extra ones floating around being there are lots of people that had to buy replacement cams and should then end up with an extra holder.
