I have been in contact with DJI Customer Support since November. DJI returned my drone in worse condition then how I sent it to them. I sent it back to them in December and nothing has been done for a month now. I have spoken to "supervisors". Does anyone know of a way to speed up this process? They have my drone so they can take their sweet time. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
