DJI Customer Support - Next Level

I have been in contact with DJI Customer Support since November. DJI returned my drone in worse condition then how I sent it to them. I sent it back to them in December and nothing has been done for a month now. I have spoken to "supervisors". Does anyone know of a way to speed up this process? They have my drone so they can take their sweet time. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
 
Thanks. I will give it a shot. I posted on the forum. Let's see what happens.
 
I had a replacement P4 sent to me with the prop retainer clips removed. Had to send them a video just to prove it before they agreed to send me replacements. It only took five weeks after a moderator here helped me! You might contact one of the moderators and try that. DJI customer service is the worst in the world IMO I’ll never send anything else to them even if it is a warranty issue!

I posted in the forum and someone from DJI responded, making it a time priority whatever that means. I’ll let you know what happens. Thanks.
