The Phantom 5. Some people thought DJI was going to release a new Phantom at CES. That would be highly unusual for them though. They usually like to release things like that at their own events.

The new release date is Jan 23, 2018 - for new drones - no one knows if this will include the phantom 5 or not. I think the phantom 5 will be released Jan 23rd.

I agree, DJI is doing a big event in NYC like they did for the Spark. Actually, it's kind of smart to do a special event for themselves like that. At CES, they'd be competing with a ton of other vendors for everyone's 'Wow! That's cool!'
