How do I download DJI Assistant 2. I look on my ipad apps and when I type in DJI assistant 2 it comes up with a program called Kittyhawk. If I just type in DJI assistant, there is no such program.

I think DJI Assistant can only be downloaded to PC or desktop..
you are referring to Phantom 2 Vision assistant, correct?

Yeah assistant 2 is for windows or Mac only. No phones or tablets. Connect using provided USB cable.
I tried downloading to ipad and it ask me where to open, email, message cloud. I down loaded to laptop and it installed I log in with my account info and it ask me for a confirmation code. I have no code. where do I get the code?? I want assistant because I'm trying to update my batteries. The won't update in DJI Go 4.
I got it. It updated the firmware which I already had done. 2000106. Do I hit restore factory defaults??
