DJI App

I had downloaded the dji app on my phone the other day with no problem. I bought me a tablet, downloaded the app. I used my email and the password I had set on my phone. It said it was invalid. I clicked on forgot password. It sent a link to my email but it doesn't work. It keeps tell me " This operation is currently unavailable". Not sure what to do. I can't resign up I don't think because it already has my email address. What should I do. Thanks
