Distortion in video

I have a P4PRO and it a great bird.it takes great photos but when i use it to record a video it at times have distortion actually every time i record does anybody knows why it does it because actually it ruins all my videos i would post a video but dont know how on this phone or page

Without seeing what you are referring to, it's not possible to comment.
You could post screenshots from the video to show or you put the video on Youtube etc and post a link.

Is that video from the SD card or is it the low-res cached video that goes to your phone?

Suggest you try another SD card- I had problems with recording and found when the SD card was getting fuller, it seemed to be unable to cope with allocating data to memory. Worth a try to change it.

Nevermind its not my drone itss the app because i started using .my litchie app instead of dji app and it doesn't do that
